I like the low cost of operation. I was printing invoices for my business with an inkjet printer and it was getting costly because I kept buying cartridges at $20.00 a piece. I purchased a used Epson dfx and it has been printing with the same low priced cartridge for months now and is still doing well. I also like the speed in draft mode and the fact you can print labels and up to ten part forms. You can choose to use both paper tractors so if for example you have single page regular paper in the rear tractor and a three part invoice paper in the front tractor it's easy to switch from one to the other with the touch of one button. I also like that the cost of paper went down. Buy a box of dot matrix paper and a new ink cartridge and it will last you a long time. This machine just keeps going. The set back is the size though it's also heavy so find permanent a place or heavy duty cart to put it on. You will want to leave enough room in front and back of the tractor to access the paper tractors depending on if you are using both front and rear. If you are using this in your home, it is a commercial printer, so it is kind of noisy. Overall I recommend this printer to anyone that can use a reliable, low overhead, fast, commercial dot matrix printer.Read full review
