    Wet

    I used the product as directed, left if over night as I had one color not working. The next day none of them were working, so I use on all inks. Let it set over night again.. ran cleaning program 5 times on printer, but ended up cleaning the under side of the ink cart with windex. That seemed to finish the job and do the trick, everything works now. This probably works for a lot of problems, and is recommended by all youtube videos, but in the end, it was the cleaning on the underside of the nozzles that cleaned them out. I would try this first and if that doesn't work, go to the next step.

    would probably work if print heads are a little clogged. mine were very clogged and bad so had to get a new printer.. it was a small cost to try to save my old printer.
