I've been wanting an Elliptical trainer forever, but the cost has always been way above my budget. This trainer is a great value for the money and built very well. Obviously, it's not like those you'd find in the gym, but it has all the bells and whistles like those, e.g., calorie count, timer, etc.. I highly recommend it.

I'm 6'3", 275, former footballer, needing to lose some weight and rehab from a hip replacement. The item functions nicely, however my shoulders and arms are too wide and the offset arms that move with the platforms bang me on every stride. This makes the pulse function impossible to use. if you are smaller than a size 58 suit coat it should work for you, wife and kids use it and like it, I'm just walking now and will do water therapy when the weather is much better. Assembly was a four hour ordeal, it had every piece it was supposed to have and every nut and bolt, instructions are exploded view and very small to see. Hardware was packaged nicely and shrunk wrapped and numbered by the steps in the book. Don't get in a hurry, take your time, test fit and assemble. Don't jump the gun and start putting things where they make sense, they need to be placed in a specific order to make it all work out right. I didn't buy a professional/commercial unit because I didn't know if I would like it. For price paid and delivered to my home, it was a good buy. Read full review
