Easy to store and charge, long battery life, very maneuverable and light. I love that this teeny vacuum has a brush roll too, cleans everything very well.

This vacuum was my all-time favorite because of it's ease of use and efficiency. I lost mine when my house got flooded and was so excited to see this listed on Ebay. When the vacuum was delivered it looked brand new. We were so excited to try it out and unfortunately, it only worked for about 5 minutes, max. We figured it may have to be charged again, as it was new and may have not fully charged, but the same thing happened each time. I barely get one room cleaned before I have to charge it again and it doesn't seem to pick up hair and dust like the old one did. Live and learn I guess...

Well, I rated it good but it is a little higher than that in my opinion, something like Good + or Excellent - Pros: lightweight, versatile, smoothly moving, easy to operate, easy to clean, no bags, powerful enough for most of the job, easily taken apart to become hand vacuum - used in a car for example, the light allows you to really see the dirt on the floor, cordless. Cons: the charge on the battery doesn't stay for long 20-30 minutes the max (for my purposes it is more than enough, but if you have a big house to vacuum you would have to recharge it several times before finishing the job), charging it back takes some time (again, for my purposes it is OK) The only thing I do not know is for how long the battery will last - only the time will tell. Would I recommend this vacuum cleaner - definitely YES, but not for big projects or spacious places to vacuum. KwintoRead full review
Id been looking for a dustbuster and stick vac but didnt want 2 more appliances to store but when i saw my girlfriends ErgoRapido, i fell in love...it had both items i was looking for plus so much more! I cant say enough about this product...although the battery doesn't stay charged long enough to vacuum the whole house, I'd still say that I absolutely love it!! This is a godsend for when I need to quickly go over the floor and stairs to keep up with the dust and dog hair, without bringing out my big old bessy vacuum. The small handheld vac is genious! I pop it out, attach the brush nozzle and suck up dust on my hutch and fire place mantle, including all nicknacks and picture frames. The 180 degree moveability makes the job at hand soo much more easier and fun...my son even wants to vacuum now and that's saying a lot. The only cons would be the battery life and the fact that when I'm using the handheld piece, it's slightly heavy and cumbersome, so because of that I need to hold it further down on the handle and am always accidentally hitting the power button and shutting it off. Also, the rubber grip stops on the handle are made so that you can lean it against the table or your kitchen counter top and it wont slide down but my table and counter tops must be too tall (yea right) because it wont reach and ends up sliding right down to the floor. Thats a little annoying but other than that, I love that the charging station is small and holds the stick vac upright which makes it easy to grab and hang back up and the attachments are stored in the charging unit so they won't get lost. It comes in fun colors, like the peppy purple one I got! WooHoo!! It's bad enough to constantly have to clean up with kids, dogs, cats and a squirrel...so why not have a slight element of fun and get a color that makes you feel happy?! Seriuosly though, with the battery issue, I don't think I would have ever paid full price, so it was nice being able to get it at a fraction of the cost and "put up" with the battery dying out quicker than Id prefer. Oh...PS... I'm short 5'2" and this is perfect for me, so I'm not sure how this may be for tall people but it's just something I keep in mind ;)Read full review
We purchased this vacuum primarily for use on our kitchen and dining room laminate floor. It works great for what we use it for! It's light weight and easy to clean when done vacuuming.The only problem I have with the EL1014A is - The rechargeable batteries are not made for the average consumer to replace. I've replaced the batteries on one of mine and it is quite time consuming. Although I must say - It now works like brand new again. I can't say how this works compared to other stick vacs - but, it's fairly inexpensive and works well in our house!
