I bought this based on price & features. I wanted a delay for my rig that offered a bit more delay time than a standard analog type delay, and none of the fancy stuff I wouldn't use (looping, tap tempo, etc). This is it. Seems pretty quiet, and I haven't noticed a lot of the extraneous noise/artifacts I've come across using other digital delays with dirt pedals. My guitar sounds like...my guitar. Very easy to use with only 3 knobs, and in a sturdy metal box.
I am happy with this delay. It's sturdily built, has straightforward controls, is free of noise, and has no effect on the tone when switched off. It isn't a loop station, but the delay can be quite long, longer than I need for what I use it for, which is usually a tempo matched delay blended kind of low, so as not to be ping pongy. Sounds good to me! Also made in the USA, which is a plus for me!
