"Back in the old days" means different things to different people. In this case here is a collection of educational movies, not complete in some cases, scratched and damaged in others, but time capsules that tell us more about those days by showing us how things were presented instead just talking about how things were done. It's not in depth or detailed, it is more like a quick walking tour of a museum that never lets you stop and really find out the behind the scenes part of the tour, but it is interesting and worthwhile-- particularly if you grew up in the era the movies were from, know more of the context, and can use it to jog your memory and break it loose.
