Delivery was quick and product was well protected. The price for 4 Mp3 was okay. like the new features on this upgrade MP3 player from the 2810C model. Photos and Video were crisp and the MP3 was easy to operate. On the down side, two MP3 players were operational..good sound, easy to use, long battery life. One had a short battery life about 30 minutes, and one had no response after 13 hours of charging. So my review is based on the two good MP3 players. I returned all 4 MP3 players to the seller and received a refund. I would have preferred to keep the two good MP3 players and had the other two faulty ones replaced. But since four came as a package, I returned all four MP3 players.

The supported Audio and Video Codex's for this Player are limited to MP3 / XVid / & JPeg. The touch screen is slow and often unreliable. I can 't find any updates for the operating system. There is NO common Font Size and some menu's are difficult to read. I don't know why a camera is useful in a MP3 Player. I would rather have a FM Radio. There is an accompanying stylus, but NO place to store it on the V2.8 (go figure). Audio quality is fairly good for an inexpensive device. Video quality is poor, but adequate for menu's. If you just want a inexpensive MP3 Player the 2.8V is not a bad investment. I didn't pay much for my V2.8, but I didn't expect much. On the whole, I got what I paid for, A decent MP3 Player at low cost. If lose it or step on it, it's OK,

Bought this for my 87 year old father to replace one he owned just about like this. He had another Eclipse. Since he does not have a phone to keep his music, & does not want one, he is very pleased with this model. Very easy to use. Not sure about the battery life yet. Seems to hold up for a good amount of time. Has lots of extras he probably won't use, but can if he want's to.

This reminds me of when the MP3 first came out. You had to go through so many changes to get the music to save. Then most windows programs don't recognize the device so you have to do the old drag and drop instead of syncing the information. This would be nice for small children to get started with electronics, but technically all five were not even worth the price together.
