This book has become the best of its type for collectors of early American pattern glass. The authors have done an excellent job of compiling and documenting patterns, pieces known, and pricing. The only drawback is that the pricing scale has fallen for many items since this was published and dealers and collectors should use this as a relative guide and not "the standard" for pricing.
I have loved dealing in glass for many years and used this, and another EAPG book as my bibles on early patterns. Recently, during some heavy rains, both my books were ruined due to flooding. I went crazy trying to find the books, but none of the bookstores had them, so I turned to eBay and there they were. I am so happy. If you are interested in EAPG, then this book is a must, very valuable information and pictures.
