I've purchased this item once before and I was fairly pleased with the results. I have a very PAINFUL toothache in the back of my mouth, and using this orajel helps numb the pain, BUT not 100%. I do feel my tooth's ache but it's ALOT less painful than without this item. This is my 2nd time purchasing Orajel and I have tried no better product than this. Long Lasting, Safe to Swallow, Gum-like taste, & Easy to Apply. I would recommend this to anyone with tooth or gum discomforts! :)
