I needed a punching bag stand and wanted a pull up bar for a smaller space. It doors those two things well enough.. However, the construction feels a little unstable when going pull ups, but it's not weighed, so maybe that would fix that problem. Also, the push up bars are either unintuitive or don't work well. When I use them, they give out under my 220 lbs of body weight. Didn't really need them, so I'm not bent out of shape about it...unlike the bars. Overall, it's a gimmicky design that is okay if you're trying to do some mma work in a smaller space or on a budget, but I wouldn't want to use it as my main training device if I could just have different bags and equipment for each different workout. For my situation, it's worth the price I paid.
