Here is probably the weakest movie of the horror fest set. It had great potential, but just kept falling short after the first 20 minutes of the movie. If you're looking for a zombie/slashed type movie, save your money. You will be disappointed big time. If you're looking for a change of pace (not necessarily 4 the better)and can PAY attention to the dialog and story line, go ahead and see this movie. There is a bit more 'depth' in this movie than other thrillers usually contain. The acting is good and the lead is a nice hottie. Some nudity for those interested. That and horrors usually go hand in hand, right? OK - Story: Young lady studies mortuary science with a team at a creepy university and hospital begins to feel the spirit of her assigned cadaver. This cadaver is in "unrest" (new vocabulary word) as they call it because it was not laid to rest properly. Our hot protagonist girl does research to find out about this cadaver and learns that some Brazilian curse of spirits is cast on it making it possessed. So she sets out to undo all. Read the other reviews if you want to get more of a feel for the story. I don't like providing spoilers! Worth $5.00 on ebay tops.Read full review
This film has good acting and a storyline that is easy to follow. Most of the scenes take place in daylight so you don't have the typical horror movie experience of trying to see what's happening in total darkness. However, it is not exactly a horror movie. The advertising leads you to expect zombies, and there are NO zombies. There is lots of blood and gore, because the story takes place at medical school where the interns must dissect cadavers. If you don't like chopping up corpses or fishing them out of a tank of formaldehyde...don't go to medical school! The many gruesome scenes reminded me of staged Halloween haunted houses: bloody, hacked-off body parts that don't come alive or actually DO anything. The supernatural element involves a tormented ghost who kills people until a medical student discovers her identity and lays her body to rest. Unless you're a doctor, you will probably find Gross Anatomy class more frightening than the ghost story.Read full review
The movie Unrest turned out to be a pretty good suspense and horror film. I think the film could of had a little more scenes for an adult audience. However, Unrest was well worth the money and a good addition to add in the horror film collection!

Out of all of the Horrorfest movies, I wanted to see this one the most. I am a hardcore zombie fan and the cover alone was enough to give me the creeps. The movie was a different story. It started off promising enough, a young girl studying medicine and rooming at the university or hospital that she is studying at. It is a pretty creepy setting and had a lot of potential. It gets a bit corny when the girl starts to see a psychologist at the school about her sensing "the spirit" of her assigned cadaver. The cadaver is in "unrest" as they call it because it was not laid to rest properly. Anyway the girl goes through a lot of research to find out about this cadaver and it all turns out to be some Brazilian curse of spirits that this body is possessed by. It doesn't live up to being called gory and if you are hoping for the cadaver to get up off the table, forget it, it is as dead as this movie.Read full review
