Dr. Fuhrman is spot on with the way we need to eat in order to be healthy. His Eat To Live Cookbook has many wonderful recipes to help us stay on track. The book is very reader friendly with very easy to follow, delicious recipes. For anyone who is concerned about their health, wants to lose weight, and/or wants to avoid many serious health issues, this is a very important book to have. I highly recommend it.....

Great idea but for most Americans, you take a few recipes add something good to them and lose a little. This is the "Don't Eat Meat Cookbook". I took some recipes and added beans and chicken. It did get me to finally make and eat a big salad before dinner and because of that I am losing weight. I now have a vegetarian breakfast and most times lunch is no longer having Deli Meats

Recipes call for items Fuhrman sales. A recipe book that required me to purchase mail order items to have a complete meal what a deal. In my opinion this a poor excuse for recipe book. NO pictures, sales pitch for salad dressing from Fuhrman. Save your money and just use some common sense in meal prep. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION
