EA Playground is a fairly good game but a little bit of a let down with a lack of games and a lack of graphics the way you move in the game is just a complete copy of pokemon ranger because to move is to move the stylus and that is how you move in pokemon ranger! This game is not that much recommended to buy because it is fun at the start but once you finish the game it gets soooo boring! In the game there are minigames that are played in the playground at school these minigames include; Dodgeball, RC car races, trampolines, hopscotch, soccer, bug catching, basketball (also known as hoops), skating and spitballs they are all the minigames you play throughout the main game the main part of this game is to collect these stickers and then earn the King of the playground sticker and then complete the game 100% the games in this game are still really fun and they get a little hard which is still good but then they get really hard then it just looses it self so that is the end of my review thank you for listening!Read full review
I was at a friends house with my family and my kids tried the Wii version of this game. I saw that they were having a blast with it so one day I was in EB Games and saw it for a decent price and bought it. I got to play it for about 90 minutes then my 7 year old took it over. When my wife, who is not a game player, saw it, and tried it, I was on my way to the store to buy a second copy of the game. This title is getting hard to find and I had to drive over 50 miles to get a second copy of it but my wife and son love the game. The game play is varied over several events and the skill level gets progressively harder. There are items to find so that you can get power ups (stickers unlock power ups) and do different moves in the various events. I would recommend this to all as those who play games and those who don't seem to enjoy it. It is clean and appropriate for anyone that can handle a DS.Read full review
I bought this product for my godson, but I tried it out first. It is good that it has directions for how to play different games, but it doesn't give directions for how to find the gamers in the games. For a 1st grader, it will not be as fun, unless someone reads the directions that pop up on the screen. Probably it will be fine for him to play with once he understands the instructions.
Gamecard arrived clean and functional! Slowly rediscovering my childhood favorites :)
