Okay,to the point, works great almost all the time. Every once on a while it refuses to work, doesn't like the cold. For the most part works good. Seems like sensitivity is ok. Will only go off on rare occasions so not many false alarms. For the price, hard to beat. I had to build a little wood covering for it because rain drops dripping down the front of the alarm would set it off. If you don't build a cover for it you may get lots of false alarms. I like this alarm. Recommended from me to you. Thanks.

I read all the directions to a T! It only works when it wants to. And only when you walk by it. If a car passes in front of it it doesn't work. I have tried new batteries, cleaning it anything I could think of but it doesn't seem to help. It just isn't worth bothering with. I don't want to buy another one because the next one could be as bad as this one. A dog is more dependable.

Works well but I had to build a cover shield to block the sun rise and sun set from setting off the alarm. The battery life is very good, and the receiver distance is good for me about 200 feet. The price is affordable.

Works great even in -25 cold. We have a veranda so this works as a doorbell for us. Also my cat is really happy that I know when its ready to come inside. The only thing I would like different is to have the light flash without any sound. Its low or loud or off only.

Item works OK. You need a good line of sight. Too many obstacles (walls) or a slope will decrease its "sending" range. Mounting screws provided by manufacturer were incorrect. They did not fit mounting hole in transmitter. The chime is OK, not too annoying. It does the job for a good price.
