    Works well for what it is. A temporary relief of mild to moderate pain and helps with my devere pain.

    It does help reduce the pain. It does not get rid of it but helps a lot. I wear it when I am up which is only 6-8 hours scattered through out the day. I have a auto immune disease which causes me to sleep a lot.

    To hold your back in place, yes. I thought it kept moving up and down continuously to stretch the spine like an exercise, working with batteries. Disappointed this motion only happens when you pump it and release.It feels like a strong brace for your spine. Hold up perfectly and keep your posture straight. I wore it everyday for an hour and it feels great. Thank you.

    Purchased one of these before when they first came out, it was way expensive then, but I was having extreme back pain. I punched a hole in my first one at work stretching my back over some steps, definitely won’t be doing that with this one.... this belt provides great protection and brings relief to my lumbar region by taking the pressure off my back/spine.... working great for my l4/l5 bulging disks
