Outstanding book. Good easy read with great eye opening comments that will help in future endeavors when dealing with management as well as subordinates. Lessons learned will assist at home with family and in our Church Family also. Book was originally purchased as one of many to be used in a year long study to develop a proper leadership within our mens group at church.
