    price was right!

    It is rather large and I had expected that--- seems the directions are more for a custom fit which when I did the hot water- bite on it- IT DID NOTHING! Pretty much a GAG reflex item and would take lots of getting use to it! I use my orthodontic upper plastic retainer for teeth clenching for now. Dentist wanted over $250. so for the price difference I will adjust or just continue to clench at nite. I might trim it down to be more of a 1 arch retainer than the bulky item it is now. Price was about what it is worth!

    Its okay for the price

    The problem is when you try to warm it up to adjust to your teeth, it doesn't happens that easy. The good thing is that you can try different times to make the mouth guard fit in properly in your mouth but once its dry it is not conformable in your mouth. I ordered two and unfortunately didn't work out.

    Not for me

    As much as I tried, I could not get this mouth guard to form to my teeth. It looks exactly the same after using very hot water and several attempts at molding it. Also, it is just not comfortable, much larger than expected, so much than your lips are forced apart, turning you into a mouth breather. Maybe that's the point but it doesn't feel right to me. At least now I know what I DON'T want...

    Molds easily and fits great!

    I love this mouth piece as it has a hole that allows you to breath easily thru it while wearing it! It has helped me stop clenching my jaws and grinding my teeth. My dentist recommended a mouth piece and this is the best one I have found at a much cheaper price that those on the shelf. Thanks!
