GREAT PRODUCT! I'm very skeptical of most laptops as I've had some bad experiences with some brands, and some just ok experiences with others. The XPS 12 has surprised me in almost all aspects. It looks so clean and professional, not cheap like many brands' products these days. The functionality is amazing; HD screen looks beautiful, hinged screen has had no issues in the short time I've used it, the touch screen is very responsive, it boots up super quick, Windows 8.1 (also surpisingly) works GREAT with the dual use hybrid laptop/tablet, and the keyboard is very nice to the touch and look great with the LED lighting. This hybrid is so sleek and well designed that I actually kind of have fun using it. I'd highly recommend the XPS 12 to anyone looking for the perfect sized business or personal use laptop that just can't seem to find the right set up with other hybrid models and want great performance for everyday business use.Read full review
Has a powerful i5 4210u processor followed by stellar battery life. consistently getting at least 7-8 hours on balanced and over 9 hours in low power mode. quality is top-notch, feels very sturdy. only negative thing is the screen ghosting is real but it really inst bothersome in day to day usage. The hinge may look delicate but it feels stable.

I absolutely love my XPS12. I was a big Dell hater for a long time. I was forced to buy this because they are the only one that makes this design. I love it and now Dell may have some more of my business. Excellent quality and everything works as it should. Very fast, much more durable than I expected.
Earlier xps 12 models (3rd gen cpus n before) screens suffered from a ghosting/burn in issue - hardware fault that can only b fixed by replacing the screen completely. Keep in mi d when purchasing.
