It will not work with my computer even though it is the same model that I have to replace. I installed the usb receiver in the same location as my old one (the old one the "wheel" is the only part that had stopped working). Nothing happened except the "new" mouse light came on indicating that the batteries were installed correctly. Reinstalled receiver into the same usb port and my old one worked (except for the wheel). Visited the local Walmart purchased a replacement brought it home plugged receiver into same usb port installed batteries and it works great. Have sent an email to seller and Ebay. No resolution yet.
