Bought a refurbished/off lease Dell Latitude D800 for my wife to use in teaching an online college course. She loves the wide screen, very good quality video. Overall a great laptop and with the inclusion of Windows 7 Home Premium and MS Office 2013 it is exactly what my wife needed to make her work easier.
Purchased this laptop in May. After using it for about a month, the monitor experienced problems. It expired the 14 day warranty period. Anyhow I contacted this vendor. I got an immediate response that he was willing to exchange for another one with the same specification. I was extremely pleased with the honesty and integrity of this vendor. So far the exchanged one did not show any problem. Highly recommended.
