There was several issues with this laptop and I had to return it 2 days after trying to enter the basic setting information. Some of the issues were: jumping and erratic screen that did not allow to clic the cursor at the right place, touch pad did not work so had to use an external mouse to try to troubleshoot, it was almost impossible to log on the machine after re-booting as it would not let me type in the password section, there were 4 jumping bubbles at the 4 corners of the screen that would not go away. So pretty much impossible using this unit even after updating windows 10 and running the unit on the online dell diagnosis. That did not change anything. BE AWARE that Blinq will not pay for shipping back if you are outside the US so this order of a defective laptop cost me money after as it was not cheap to mail it back. Do yourself a favour and go to Bestbuy, Costco or an other store and find one on sale and get more support. Otherwise I really like the look, the 2 in 1, and it would have been pretty great if it would have worked.Read full review
