Great book, tons of usefull information. Great suplement for anyone who is looking to participate in ANY endurance sport from 1/2 marathon on up to full triathalon. Weight training supplements and a touch of nutrition to round out any work out program. Dave Scott is extremely detailed on the physiology of endurance sports, which will help anyone trying to understand thier body and how to improve it.
Well written book. Dave Scotts personal acounts of his Ironman career are inspirational, and informative. I found some nutritional information may be outdated.... however could you ever argue with someone who has repeatedly wonthe IRONMAN! Very easy to understand even for the layman.Great purchase, so glad I bought it!
