After using a different Jennifer Galardi dance DVD, I thought that I could use something a bit more challenging. This is it! Like the first one, the routines are explained and demonstrated exceptionally well, and they are FUN! Every day on my way to workout I marvel that I actually WANT to do this! Prior to using these DVDs, I had been inactive for much too long. Now I'm on the move again.

This dance exercise video is a lot of fun and easy to follow. Jennifer Galardi is really cute and very likeable in the video... and she isn't annoying, like most of the other instructors on DVD. I would recommend this for any female looking to workout in her home, ever now and then, but probably not for an every day activity. It would get old very quickly... but it's fun for now!!!
I've been in and out of different aerobic classes since I was a kid. I've done a lot of dance workout videos because I don't feel like I'm working out. This one is DEFINITELY fun and sexy, but still an awesome workout!! Some of the moves are a little tricky, but there is an instructional part of this DVD that you can practice with. For a beginner, you'll probably have to go over this part a lot. I went right into the workout and didn't have any major issues. Some parts I had to rewind to get the foot movement in sync with the body waves or arm movements, but all in all, it is at the TOP of my list of favs!!! Sweat up a storm with this great workout!!
I love the music/steps/up beat instructor. I bought it because it looked like a fun tape my friends and I could really use. We couldn't really grasp one of the moves and her"counting" each set confused us. There was no rhymne or reason for how many reps of each particular exercise she was doing. We will definitely keep trying because even though we had trouble following i we will
