Found the information in this book to be interesting, as some of the information contradicts the information in the other ER4YT books. It does categorize foods more specifically, breaking the columns down into Super Beneficial and Beneficial, and Neutral-Eat Frequently and Neutral-Eat Infrequently. The basics are the same, but some foods have switched categories (such as tomatoes and peppers for Type O). I'm still working through it, but I do see a difference in hot flash intensity and frequency (less) already. Will continue to pursue it in a major effort to avoid hormone replacement therapy.
The book offers both practical and simplesystematic ways to deal with the symptoms of menopause and how to better control the effects of it.

I bought this book for a friend. She say it's good, I didn't get a chance to read it. If it's like the other's I know it's great.
