I totally believe what this book is saying. I have no great testimony health issue wise but had heard how they believe that Cancer could actually be a fungus. I truly do believe that this is a very true fact and that a lot of us have a fungus growing in us (not everyone). I have had about 30 lbs. that came on over the last 10 yrs. that would not leave no matter what. I figured hormones. I went on the phase 1 part of the diet which consists of lots of veggies, fruit, meat and NO grains.( you do this for 1 month) I am now into phase 2 which adds things to the diet but have not noticed it on the scales but the inches are falling off. The fungus is killed in my body I believe and I feel so much better. I am wearing clothes that last summer I could not button and they are baggy. Kid you not! This can be the answer for so many people but it does take self determination which I am proud of myself for having for once because this was a challenge starting out but if you do it for you and not cheat IT WILL WORK FOR YOU!!!!!!Read full review
