To start off the D610 is an older notebook and some what easy to get parts for up grade.I went with more ram 2GB and a bigger procsser 2.2 GHz all for under $30.00 runs really fast. The price from the seller was super good. And the reason I got it is to take with me where ever I go.So for under $175.00 if it gets broken or lost I am not out a lot.Dell made the D610 and other ones in that series to last. The only thing is if you like to get one is I would suggest Windows 7 rather than XP is no longer supported after July 2014.I give this 5 stars all the way.I have two of them and they run good like I stated for and older notebook.Buy one you will like :0)
Not a bad product for the dollar. I had to do a memory swap from my existing dell to clear a boot error but other than that I am currently satisfied. I purchased the computer to monitor a webcam security system and it does the job. My next buy will probably be a later model computer because most of the Dell Latitude D610s have been around awhile. I only recommend the D610 to perform a dedicated routine such as I did with security monitoring.
