I use it on my Thinkpad T430s that requires a 7mm slim edition. The sequential read goes up to 500M/s and 4k around 20M/s (which is below my expectation but totally works fine). Sequential write goes to 270M/s with 4k 45M/s. The overall score by AS SSD Benchmark is 641, which is good value for the money. Besides, M4 has good reputation for its reliability. One more thing to mention is that, NEVER leave a chance for a sudden power outage for a ssd (I had once, and the ssd is "dead" at first for about half an hour, which scares me). It is a disaster to the drive as well as your data.
My third SSD, first Crucial drive. The first two are Samsung 840's. The Crucial is highly rated, fast, and...an SSD. These drives run much cooler in a laptop, and drop boot times to the 10 second range for Win8 Pro. No noticeable difference between the Crucial and Samsung drives; although I do not have sophisticated gear to test performance. The purchase price through EBay was the least expensive for this drive that I have seen.
This SSD has an excellent cost benefit. Fulfills all the functions expected for a fast and reliable drive. I am very satisfied with the product. Sata 3.0 and speeds much above a conventional HD. This is my second SSD, the other is an older version but also very good C300. I like the products from Crucial.
not very steady sometimes but still good with high performance and small size (msata), it has already been my daily office company.
Very good my old computer it is working very fast. It is a ggod option to make fastr works with the computer
