This new version of the old classic has changed little in its function or accuracy with a chosen pellet. However the quality of the sights and loose fit of pump handle need the companies attention. The front sight was tilted to the left and is fitted crooked, I am unable to correct. The rear sight could not go down enough to achieve point of impact, so I had to modify the rear sight base to fit lower and except its range of shooting a few yards further than wanted. The pump arms hinge pins connect loose and although work well, it has me concerned over prolonged use. The gun has exceptional accuracy with specific pellets, but like most airguns is a finicky eater. Although the gun is newly designed in a plastic stock and receiver, wood stocks and metal receivers are available from websites of air gunner enthusiasts, so a person can rebuild this classic to its earlier designed splendor. I do give this gun a thumbs up and recommend it to anyone looking for a good lil plinker.Read full review

Was at a friends property, used a pellot rifle to shoot tin cans, had a lot fun, wanted something of my own. At 40 feet the pellot hits 4 foot to the right and 1 foot low. Front plastic sight is canted off to the left and the barrel end (muzzle) looks like they used it to hammer nails. NOTE: there are no witness marks to show post production damage, ie., blueing was applied after the barrel was butchered. Now I see why there so many videos on you tube that modify the original product. I don't know if this review will remain intact...they powers in charge make it virtually impossible to leave a negative product rating, all to keep the vender happy.

Well right out of the box with the hollow point crossman pellets I was plinking cans at 35-50 yards away consistantly. Its durable dependable and impressively accurate for a .22 cal air pistol. My girlfriend wants her order placed right away she just loves it. Its easy to cock and load the breech is roomy. I love this gun. I have it in .177 also and it is also very accurate. I think I will order myself another and my girlfriend one also if I ever plan on having a turn of my own to shoot.

This Crosman classic is the ‘go to’ pistol in my collection. No Co2 tube to install, pump to power velocity and a barrel length that gives it precision accuracy. Well made, balanced and ergonomic in my hands. Only collectors will understand this; I love looking at it and just holding it.

Out of production for a few years, the 1322 came roaring back in the American Classic series in 22 caliber.Using the same pump and accumulator valve as my 1377 .177 caliber, I had already made a list of needed modifications needed for adequate power in projecting a larger and heavier pellet. I was wrong (at least for now) and the only change I immediately made was to install the carbine stock I already had on hand to help steady the gun. Since the 1322 has the same muzzle energy as the 1377, the heavier pellet is about 1/3 slower. Nevertheless, with 10 pumps it actually penetrates 1/16" deeper through old 3/4" pine (barely through). Impressive! The only reason for 4 stars is Crosman's choice to go with a plastic instead of steel breech since the plastic breech's deformation over time has been problematic on the 1377 and now the 1322 and the lack of a 11mm mounting rail for aiming attachments.Read full review
