Cressi makes good quality items. This item wasn't listed as used as far as I remember. Looking at the listing now it's not there. Being in the plastic bag inferred that it was, to me anyway, new or newer. My bad for not checking further. Tool marks covered up with hose protectors on each end. I will take it to my dive shop and have it gone through as I always do anyway.

Cressi's XS regulator is easy to breath out of. The mouth piece is sized jut right. It's an advanced regulator, as it has a predive & dive selector switch. With dive selected, air flow is much greater; you don't have to use much effort. It's much better than older regulators, that require deeper breathing. I recommend the regulator and the price is right.
