This book is simple but that is what makes it nice. For the beginner I think it was perfect. The only thing I would consider is to double the recipes. When you make crepes the first or second one is always a trial (to get the pan just right) and you also want crepes for leftovers. You can store crepes in a plastic bag and reheat in a sauce or the microwave.
A local restaurant that served crepes recently closed - now I need to make my own. I gained 5 pounds just reading through the recipes! Many sweet and savory choices - or invent your own combinations. I never realized that there were batter choices also - can't wait to start trying them! Lots of pictures makes preparation look easy too!
