The holes where the bolt heads go are square to accommodate the collar on the bolts so they are firmly in place. Very solid utility cart. Attractive dark bluish gray. Small footprint and high capacity. Very pleased and would buy again if needed. I especially liked buying Craftsman old Sears quality over just some no name competitor. Sorry to Sears fall so far. Easy assembly took 15 or 20 minutes, max. Legs snap into bottom shelf, top snaps onto legs. Fasten with a few screws on the top and 4 sturdy bolts with lock washers hold on the beefy wheels (2 fixed) and casters (2) with foot locks to hold the cart in place.

I use this to move my tools and materials at work. I picked this cart because the wheels are slightly larger than most. It's sturdy, has a good load capacity while still being lightweight. The wheels being larger keep from having the issues on uneven ground that smaller ones have, without sacrificing stability.

I ordered this utility cart to use around the house, it is very useful and very maneuverable around the house. The one thing I did what's put the swivel wheels in the front, I found this to work much easier because it's steers like a grocery cart.
