I ordered this phone for my mother. She's 86 and although she has a cell phone she still has a land line. This phone looks great and works even better. She has hearing aids but doesn't always wear them in the house. She hears calls perfectly and with the ringer on loud she never misses a call. She lives in Fairfield, CT and loses the power frequently due to her proximity to the shore. The First Selectman of the town always calls to issue updates and she now gets them all. A great buy and terrific service as well. The phone arrived sooner than expected. I highly recommend the phone and the provider.
