this is best used for experienced pressure cooker users..many exellent recipies .some can be modified with cooking times and ingredients..super book for those who like to experiment with pressure cooking ..has cooking timetables that some books lack. with seldom seen times 4 meats and grains also..very thurough book . recipies are variable .experiment around with ..not reccomended for pressure cooker newbie or novice... author cooks with lot of spices too.. lively cooking say the least .

This book "Cooking Under Pressure" is filled with some great recipes. This book has helped me to overcome my fears of using my electric pressure cooker.
