We watched the Clash of the Titans. I enjoyed the previous version as a child so I thought why not watch the newer one with my kids in 3D. The special effects were the standard fare and the 3D was mostly for depth, but when the scene involved their faces there was something off with their hair. It was almost as if they were a cartoon trying to come off the page but couldn’t. I wouldn’t call it ghosting, but slightly off. I had thought that there was an issue with my glasses so I used another pair but the hair issue remained. After the movie ended I tried another 3D movie fearing that my DLP projector was having issues, but Avatar, Pacific Rim and Monsters versus Aliens worked and the 3D effects didn’t have that issue with hair and looked good overall. So it is either the Disc or the 3D effects were off when making the movie or the disc. The movie was the run of the mill action adventure that young boys love, but the 3D experience was a little off. Hopefully your experience will be different.Read full review

You know going in that this is not an Oscar contender for best picture or best actress. It is a neat story with great effects and the 3D is pretty cool and the Kracken is awesome. Loved the original. Loved this one. Fun popcorn flick to watch with just about anyone. Good times.
I must say that I have every kind of movie there is and love the original version of Clash of the Titans. This was a very good remake and very entertaining with the visual and special effects. I enjoy it very much, this was a great purchase for me. The characters were great especially Sam Worthington, which did a great job in Avatar. This is a very enjoyable movie.
