Horrible customer service. Received package without hardware required to install and ripped box. When asked for replacement hardware was told they needed pictures to claim with FedEx. THATS NOT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM! THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THIS ITEM COST SHOULD HAVE BETTER QUALITY PACKAGING MATERIAL TO ENSURE THINGS LIKE THIS DOESNT HAPPEN!
