This is a beautiful guitar, the finish is amazing, the feel along the neck is very smooth, compared to my previous ESP MKII, this one feels with stronger building. Altough the pickup combination delivers great alternatives of single coil sounds, it will never sound as a native strato or tele sound. However the alone Humbucker sounds are superb, wether it is bridge or neck. My favorite sound is neck with tone rolled off, great sound, maybe a capacitor upgrade is good idea. I am glad it still uses traditional circuitry, no PCB inside, just pots, switches and cables. I miss the traditional mixing of both humbuckers in middle position but that is easy fix for us guitar freaks. Expert eye can tell about the non-german made Floyd Rose, but I guess only time will tell about reliability. Mast finishing looks simply sanded very carefully, feels smooth and non sticky like those with heavy coatings. Great overall playing. Can't get enough of touching her smooth creamy body! Definitely a long time keeper!Read full review

The guitar plays as good as it looks. I had a previous Charvel/Jackson and always liked and wished I hadn't parted with it. It has an easy feel and the fretboard is easy to maneuver on. The pickups in the lead are hot and active and the neck position has a nice warm tone. The phase position is a little underwhelming but can be worked with. Still breaking in the locking system and so far so good. I love the clean lines and minimal hardware. I actually thought from the picture the locking trem and knobs were black and was surprised that they were chrome, but It has grown on me and is a nice offset from the white. I play this as my daily driver almost exclusively and bring out the others for specific tones and tunes. You will not be disappointed.

This is a highly coveted Charvel San Dimas guitar with Seymour Duncan JB and 59 pick ups for that hot humbucker Rock sound. It also comes with a Floyd Rose 1000 tremolo system. This guitar does not disappoint. Great for any 80's Rock guitar enthusiast.
