The blade included with the cutter did not cut through a single sheet of paper, so I ordered a replacement directly from CARL. Despite installing the new blade, I was unable to cut through a single sheet of cardstock. It looks like the cutting mat is missing? And the back panel meant to store blades is also missing. Very disappointing.
