This is a smaller backpack style camera case. The material is pretty sturdy. But this is definitely not a waterproof case by any stretch of the imagination. The flap has a pocket inside, which can hold your SD cards, lens cloths etc. The dual zipper is OK, not super heavy duty, and I have concerns about their integrity if I cram too much stuff inside. So far it's held up. The padded lens compartments can be configured easily. Two outside pockets. One is netted which is for a tripod, as it has velcro straps. It will not take a full sized tripod, as the netting is only as wide and deep as my hand. This would be one of the negatives on the case. It feels flimsy and may easily rip. The other pocket is open and well constructed with heavy material, but things can fall out. Good for a one camera owner with few lenses (not as many as shown in the picture though). I keep three lenses plus the one on the camera body. Additionally, I have 2 action cams, spare batteries for camera and action cams, and a charger for each a flash and battery grip. That's about all I can stuff in there comfortably. I use it on day trips but not for a full outing where I need all of my equipment and several camera bodies/lenses. They could have added a few more pockets inside specifically for SD cards and spare batteries. A little more padding on the inside perimeter would give me some peace of mind though. The bottom could have been a little more rigid but is sufficient. But it's a pretty good case for not a lot of money. Great starter / light duty case. Read full review

I trusted the great reviews and made the purchase, for the most part its comfortable, portable well padded But the zipper is not that good. There are two zippers and one of them stopped working within days of use, it opens up even when it's zipped shot, leaving me to use the other one and if that fails, the bag will no longer be able to close...

For what it is worth (and it seems like it isn't much), this is a great bag and not just for the price. I'm not a professional photographer, but I do find myself travelling around to different areas to shoot wildlife and scenic style photos. This bag has shown that you can definitely get more bang for your buck. My main reason in finding a bag like this is because I wasn't worried about something crazy fancy or stylish, but I did want something that could keep up with my backwoods and sandy lake beaches type of shooting locations. Even though it comes with the waterproof cover, I've wandered through light rain without any issues. The compartments on the bag are fairly sturdy given the velcro type of attachments, but I've also had many bags like this and never had much of a problem with it. Accessibility is also decent given the two zippers make it easy to just flap down to the section need to get to, dig around, grab you pieces, and carry on. Of course, you can definitely spend much more on higher quality products, but there's nothing wrong with the simplistic approach this bag takes to the matter. It's not a bad looker and in some ways, that's a good thing. From an outdoorsy-type perspective, I think for what it is and definitely for what it's worth, this is a great bag. You'll like it. -DallasRead full review

I tend to carry more camera gear than I need in my backpack. I bought the Altura sling backpack to help me limit my gear and it works great! I still feel like I can carry enough to be thorough with my photography on a day trip. I, personally, carry my: Canon T6i, Tamron 100-400mm lens, Canon 10-18mm lens, Extension tubes with a Canon 50mm lens, plus CPLs, batteries, lens cloths and other accessories. I'm set for a full day! I do wish it held a larger tripod--that's my only negative. And for those who are plus/large size--so am I and it fits around me. I am a men's 3x.

The backpack is light weight and holds a lot of camera accessories and equipment. The padding on the inside is a little bit weak. The width of the backpack starts at 5 inches and narrows to 3 inches by the time you get to the top. My camera body and lens didn't feel protected enough at the top of the backpack. which is were it is shown in the pictures. There were plenty of small dividers (4 total). It really could have used another long divider. Only 2 were included. By the time you get to the top of the backpack you have no way to hold accessories or equipment safely in place. Not sure the construction is going to hold very well after some long use. I see the zipper going first as it is being pulled tightly at the top. The side net pocket is no where large enough to hold a tripod or even a water bottle. the other side pocket is perfect for a smart phone or wallet.Read full review
