Not worth the money.
I found the booklet to be very vague. Should'nt be called a book. I read it in 10 minutes. There were no photos, diagrams, directions or recipes. The only recipes were for "Mug Cakes" which have nothing to do with decorating. It will not teach a beginner very much.
