Larry David funny and in trouble no matter what he does. His body language or just plain daily activities end up with unfornates or he opens his mouth with sarcasim. He takes his friends, family, business on a rollocoster disaster. Larry David, Jeff Green (Garlin), Cheryl David (Hines), Sussie Green (Essman) & Richard Lewis (Himself) are main characters Curb Your Enthusiasm. Larry David lives his live to real events brought out in Curb Your Enthusiasm. Now some events seem practicle and others seem way out there. First season is improvised by David, it was said that David would go off on his own and the other actors would follow. No matter how many times you watch you laugh every time. I also think these episodes are rare compared to other HBO Situation Comedy. Curb Your Enthusiasm was a spin off associated with Seinfeld. Like I said the entire DVD run time is retro-scripting and funny. "The Bracelet" season one was the best episode out of all. DVD set has 2 discs, Region 1 Canada/US. Nobody is turned away from David's rye performance. Funny, absurdity, comical momentous and Sussie Essmans outbursts with Larry David is just frantic. Curb Your Enthusiasm not for kids or teens. Always 5***** HBO Home Box Comedy. Language, adult content & comedy on every episode. You'll love it, Larry David sometimes gets into so much hot water you just wonder how he ever dealt with himself period. Everyone around his antics are saturated with outrageous mishaps. The F word is always a hot topic when some get upset with Larry.Read full review
Larry David is the creator of the tv show SEINFELD , And now he has his own show .This show is just as funny than SEINFELD, if not even funnier. Great supporting cast also, but it is LARRY who steals the show. I FOUND THIS HILARIOUS AND VERY ENTERTAINING.

I had heard of the show long ago, but it was never something that I had an interest in (even though I knew nothing about it!). I caught an episode after getting HBO recently, and was drawn in. Since I liked it so much I decided to start at the beginning and catch up. I have not been disappointed! The only issue that I have with the show is its vulgarity and foul language, but really that is what makes some of the characters who they are. I gave it a Good rating because of all of the profanity. Otherwise, it would have gotten an Excellent. Do they really need to use the 'F' word so much?! Overall, I am glad that I found this show!
Curb Your Enthusiasm: "It's all a matter of perspective." Curb Your Enthusiasm is a fantastic trip starring Larry David (writer for Seinfeld) who trips and stumbles through life one step at a time... uncovering many of the bizarre issues we face in our day to day life. The best part about Curb Your Enthusiam is that there is a little Larry David in each of us - it is difficult to watch the show and not find yourself relating to the situations, characters, and especially to Larry. Curb Your Enthusiam is an HBO show and is done without a true script - while the actors plan the basic plot, the lines are improvised and it creates a more free form show and dialouge - all adding to the humor. I've enjoyed the last four years of Curb Your Enthusiasm and still consider it the best show on TV. Curb Your Enthusiam: Season 1, Disc 1: "The Pants Tent," "Ted and Mary," "Porno Gil," "The Bracelet," "Interior Decorator" and "The Wire." Season 1, Disc 2: This disc contains episodes 7-10: "AAMCO," "Beloved Aunt," "Affirmative Action" and "The Group." Additional features include an audio commentary, interviews with Larry David, episodic previews and more. This is one of the funniest series ever to grace your television. The cast works together very well and it is a very naturally acted show. The bare-bones script used by the cast and the sheer talent of the cast allows the show to avoid the pitfalls of normal sitcoms and avoids all of the quick gag jokes away. The writing is very witty and the circumstances are incredible. If you love a born loser, then you will want to get this for your collection, it is unbeatable. The bonus hour long HBO special is hilarious and though the bonus material is light in volume, it is packed with laughs. The series alone would have been worth the price, the bonus special is just icing on the cake. The first season was 10 episodes and each is a gem, but if you have an afternoon watch them all in order. I didn't intend to do that, but I watched the first at 10:00 on a Sunday morning and my wife and I were riveted until that evening. You don't need to watch them in order, but it is hard to tear yourself away from the television once you start.Read full review
