    Vx 5.7 intake kit

    If you bought one of these kits you bought it because you want it to sound good and it sounds awesome compared to stock even with a standard exhaust.the car definately goes noticeably better.a bit fiddly to install.had to cut down the round rubber gromet that the air temp sender goes in.also had to slightly modify the top sheet metal cover that bolts directly on top of the pod filter.for the money it is a good kit.the bracket that bolts to the head actually passes under the 2 hoses going to the power steering reservoir not over the top like one of the instal pictures shows.sounds awesome and goes better.very happy.took me about 2 hours to install.previous week i installed a harrop intake on my brothers ls3.that took 3 hours.
