This watch does what a great watch should do. Tell time and date, period. But this watch makes a statement on the wrist of it's wearer. I first saw this model of watch in 2005 and I was hooked immediately. I bought 3 with stainless steel band and 2 with black band. I got rid of all my other watches (except for my old gold Elgin pocket watches from 1904 and 1912) and haven't found another watch that even comes close to the style and value of this. I've heard they stopped making the one with the stainless steel band. (Bummer, I favor this over the black band equipped watch) One great point is this: NO BATTERY REPLACEMENT!!! It charges itself. Citizen really knocked it out of the park with this one. Whenever I look at watches now, I always compare them to the Eco-zilla, and they never compare, regardless of price. It is a big watch though, so if you have a small wrist or a weak arm, you might search further. I'm 6'3", 200 lbs. and this watch is the perfect size for me and goes with jeans and t-shirt or a nice suit (stainless band). I can't find ANYTHING wrong with this watch!! I only wish they had made it a long time ago, because I'm certain that I would have bought one of these had they been released 30 years ago, and saved myself a ton of money on all the other watches I bought in the meantime. Btw, I'm not a diver, but it's so heavy, you could probably go straight to the bottom with just this watch on. It's that heavy, but "good" heavy. I hope this helps, David "b3" ingramRead full review
