From what I have more than 30% of you's calories should come from fat and that read labels is some thing one has to do. I biggest problum to eating heathy to that it cost more to do so and takes more time. Slow down when you eat can help you lose waight too the say but who has the time to do so with 30 min lunches. Our world is not set up for a heathy life, there is not time for it.
I had seen one in our local library. My Husband has to have low fat, and we want "good taste". Butter Busters has it. I've made a few of the recipes already and we've liked them. I made Chocolate Pie tonight witrh Splenda and Butter Buds. It was good! I paid .75 for a cookbook I'll use over and over. Can't beat that. M. Diedrichsen
Love this cookbook, highly recommend, has great suggestions and recipes, use it all the time and have for several years. Wore my old copy out so got this new one and it was in excellent condition.
