Brother is the best. I have several Brother laser printers for my business, and I have four Brother label printers, and they NEVER failed me. (I also have a Brother sewing machine I'm really happy about :-) ) These printers are better than HP - and cheaper to print.

This machine has a lot of features. If you can figure out how to navigate and find them. I have an older model that is so simple to operate. This one I sat there for several hours going over the instructions. Got it figured out. Needed it a few weeks later had to sit there again few several hours to learn the complicated ways to navigate it. Save your self a head ache and get a different one.
The only problem with the item is the batteries were left in and started to leak. Fortunately it wasn't to bad and I could clean up the contacts. Except for that the product is in great shape.

This model is one of the last that will take TZ and TZe tapes. The newer models will not take any of the TZ tapes. Since we have many left of the TZ this is why we purchased this model.
