I've owned nothing but a Brother All-In-One since they were first introduced. I wore my first one out, got another that served me well with NO problems for 5 years and upgraded to the MCF-8220 (giving the old one to a friend - still in excellent working condition). Brother makes a good, SOLID MFC. I couldn't function in my business without it. Crisp, clear faxes, scans and copies. Fast print and copy speeds also. I've been a dedicated Brother MFC user for 15 years and will continue to be a loyal and satisfied customer. Great machine!!
This multifunction printer is a great substitute for the HP models. Very crisp output and a great value for the home office. The only draw is the scanner option which is not a flat bed scanner.
