Printer is all you want a multi business printer to be. Great product, I have had 2 other Brother printers in the past and they just keep printing. This unit on the right side scanner door latch has about 1/2" play up and down. Not sure if this is design intent or manufacture defect on that support hinge? I don't use the scanner much so not bothered by it as much as wondering if it is normal. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars.
