I absolutely love this smoker. Amazing flavor every time. One downside is when you load the racks with meat it will go through a whole cook and the thermometer will never reach cooking temp. Makes it hard to know if you are cooking at the right temp. Just wonder if a bigger heating element would help. I smoked 12 pounds of ribs and stayed on high the entire time and never reached 230 until the last 20 minutes of the cook. Bisquettes go quick and they aren't cheap either so rethink it if you are looking for something cheap to operate.

Only one problem with this great piece of kit. I am a UK customer so USA voltage provision hopeless. Had to buy a separate transformer to get it to work. Also make sure that the transformer wattage is sufficient for smoker rating. So far had great hot smoked chicken an salmon - scrumptious The problem detailed above has not prevented me from highly recommending Bradley to all my friends

Smoker for a little bit of a problem getting started and I mean very little. Once we seasoned the smoker and made sure the cord were properly plug in I put a 3 lbs rib eye roast on it and it cooked for 6 hrs and man my family that had came over for Christmas really enjoyed it. Very good this first time using it and I plan to put some ribs on maybe for the New Year or for my B Day. Only thing though I kind wish I had gotten the digital model though.
