I love It!
I LOVE this book. This book is over 600 pages, tons of recipes...from Cakes, Cheesecake, Pies, Tarts, Pastries, Custards, Pudding, Frozen dessert, Cookies, Brownies, Candy and more. The book also have a section on techniques and equipment. The super cool part of this book is the Whisk Rating for each recipe, one whisk for very easy to make to four whisk for showstopping desserts, expert baker. I'm no pastry chef, but I think if you love to bake you can make the showstopping desserts, the recipes are very east to follow.

The book has more dessert recipes than we could ever use! You get so many recipes for your dollar. The recipes are easy to follow and have turned out as described. Great buy.
