I like the DVD because it is a very low impact and at the end of the Aerobic part, I liked the stretches and the extra workout for firming the stomach exercises. I myself had no problems with the audio portion. The only thing that I didn't like was that when they started just a few of the Aerobic steps they didn't show that much of what the foot movement was until they got into it a little bit like ten seconds later. Otherwise I would recommed this DVD to anyone who wants a slow impact workout.
- I needed a fast and easy way to loose weight , possibly at home - I do like the chance of jumping from one exercise to another what a dvd can do . Exercise is possible and easy to do. No stress of aerobics only old styled exercise to train - I do not like the audio which is too low
