I bought this dvd originally because I love Bob Greens personal trainer style. What I like about this dvd is that the workouts increase in difficulty each week. This is a eight week work out series. It is very time efficient and user friendly. Bob Greens explains the proper form for the exercises. The only thing I didn't like about the workouts are they only do one set of each exercise and it moves fairly fast which can be hard to keep up with when you are new to working out. I would recommend this workout to anyone looking for fast efficient routines that aren't really trying to "build" noticeable muscles. Perfect for women worried about bulking up!
These 8 routines are well paced and very efficient time wise. I am in good shape, but just tried level 6, and my legs really felt these exercises. Weights are incorporated, and modifications are demonstrated. The exercises are combined with walking to get a varied workout. There is a nutrition element that I have not used. I truly liked this.

I have the book and wanted the DVD to go along with it. I love this! It's not as intense as the book, which is good. The book, at least for me and my physical ability, is tough. This video is a great addition to the Total Body Makeover line. I love Bob Greene!
